It’s in the main city. The Shopping Plaza in PSO2: New Genesis, or the lobby in classic PSO2.
You walk up to the Item Lab. That’s it. No side quests.
No gatekeepers. Just walk in.
Inside, head to the Item Exchange counter. Not the Synth Station. Not the Storage Terminal.

There you’ll see Unitemforce listed under exchange options.
You trade materials for it. Always.
Most of the time? N-Grinders. Lots of them.
Sometimes rare drops like Chrono Crystals or Vesper Shards (but) those are situational. Don’t chase them unless you already have them.
How do you find it?
Open the Item Lab menu. Select Exchange. Then scroll down until you see Unitemforce.
It’s not at the top. It’s not color-coded. It’s just there.
Click it. Confirm. Done.
No timers. No daily limits. No “only available during event windows.” (Thank god.)
You need N-Grinders. You get N-Grinders from dismantling gear. Or buying them with Meseta.
Or trading with friends. Pick your poison.
If you’re holding N-Grinders and can’t find Unitemforce in the menu, check your version. Older clients sometimes hide it under Special Items. Try that tab.
Still stuck? Restart the game. Seriously.

Enemies drop N-Grinders too. Not every fight. Not every zone.
But often enough in Forest Hollow and Iron Dunes. (Yes, I check loot every time.)
Mission passes give them. Event rewards dump them. Sometimes a whole stack.
Sometimes just two. You learn to take what you get.
Player shops sell them. So do vendor bots near the Armory Gate. Prices shift.
I watch the market before buying.
Consistency beats luck. Do quests. Kill things.
Open rewards. That’s how your N-Grinder pile grows.
